D.S. dated 30-01-2025, it is hereby notified that the Online Mid and  Sessional Award Entry Schedule for Affiliated Colleges of B.S. (A.D)  Replacement of M.A/M.Sc./M.Com/MBA, B.S. Four Year Program, A.D. Commerce, BBA,  BSCS, BSED, BED, ADB, ADTHM & all Semesters Examinations Fall 2024 will be  as under: |

              | Note: The following instructions must be followed: |  
              | • | Step 1: | Award Entry by College User (Degree wise Logins) |  
              | i. | Colleges have been provided degree-wise logins.  This means that they have received as many logins as the number of degree  programs running in their college for entering Mid / Sessional marks. |  
              | ii. | Ensure that all student’s data, including Marks  and Absent Status of candidates is correctly entered before the deadline. |  
              | • | Step 2: | Award Entry (Review) / Correction / Final Submission by College Administrator Login |  
              | i. | College administrators have a separate login for  reviewing and correcting entered marks. |  
              | ii. | During the Award Review and Correction Period,  administrators must verify marks and make necessary corrections. |  
              | iii. | Before the final submission deadline,  administrators must ensure that all marks are correctly posted. |  
              | iv. | Once the deadline passes, the marks — including  Zero, Absent status, and RL status — will be considered final, with no further  changes allowed. |  
              | • | Step 3: | Printing of Awards and Counterfoils of Award and Submission to the Examination Department |  
              | i. | After the final Posting of marks on web portal,  colleges must print the awards and  counterfoils of awards. |  
              | ii. | These printed signed award lists and  counterfoils of award lists must be submitted to the Award Section/Tabulation  branches of the Department of Examinations without delay. These award lists and  counter foil must reach Department of Examinations till 11-03-2025 |  |  
          | 
            
              | Important: |  
              | Colleges should note that before printing the  awards and counterfoils of awards, they can generate and review the Zero Entry  List, Absent List, or RL Status List at any time. |  
              | Similarly, for the convenience of colleges, a  summary is also provided in the Administrator Logins, to check the entered  marks or status of marks before the final Posting. |  
              | A step-by-step instructional tutorial will be viewable on the college user login screen or administrator login screen  upon logging in. By watching this video, colleges can ensure the accurate entry  of Mid and Sessional marks without errors and in accordance with the notified  scheduled timeline. |  |
